My work explores the interplay of colour, texture, and form, using materials that are as dynamic. Painting on wood panels provides a tactile foundation, grounding the organic qualities of the paint skins I create and layer. These skins, crafted by hand, are integral to my process, allowing me to manipulate paint as both medium and material.
Through deliberate juxtaposition and unexpected overlaps, I aim to create compositions that invite viewers to explore the tension between precision and spontaneity. Each piece evolves intuitively, with the surface becoming a record of movement, rhythm, and interaction.
The physicality of my work reflects a fascination with material transformation, while the bold palette and textures evoke a sense of vitality and balance. My practice is rooted in an ongoing dialogue between structure and fluidity, inviting an emotional and sensory connection to the work.
