Sue Dowse
I am a South Australian based artist who works mainly in collage art or as I call it ‘painting with paper’. Paper is my medium. I use recycled magazines, old newspapers, brochures, posters, type, maps, photos, patterns and more to create one-of-a-kind collages. My inspiration comes from the beauty of nature, pop culture idols, music, sporting legends, or fashion and food. I love people who lose themselves in my artwork discovering the text and images hidden within my "paintings".
