One of South Australia’s legends presents what will probably be his last solo photographic exhibition.

Janek’s work is adventurous analogue photography. This show presents recent work and work produced from negatives scanned before he lost all his negatives to fire, plus some new ‘Minikins’, a series for which he became renowned.

All images are created in camera, often with multiple exposures including traditional art materials, and projected images. Even his single exposure photographs have a surreal feel, because of how he directs the models in dioramas and settings.
