The art of Julia Robinson is defined by sculptural invention and storytelling. The 2024 SALA feature artist explores fairytales and myths, gothic fiction and folk horror, superstition and ritual through her parade of shape-shifting creatures and characters. A selection of Robinson’s sculptures will be interwoven throughout the Melrose Wing, creating a dynamic interplay with the Gallery’s collection of historic and contemporary international art.
