Exhibition
Showcasing a powerful and uplifting photographic exhibition that shines a spotlight on the diverse, vibrant, and inspiring lives of older people in our community. This exhibition celebrates the richness of experience, wisdom, and contribution that come with age.
In a world that too often marginalises older adults, this exhibition challenges the harmful stereotypes that fuel ageism — the last socially accepted form of discrimination. Unlike other forms of bias, ageism is universal; it’s the one form of prejudice that could affect us all across the lifespan.
Research has shown that ageism doesn’t just shape attitudes — it can have serious consequences on health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. This exhibition is a call to action to rethink what it means to age, to value every stage of life, and to foster a society where people of all ages are respected, included, and empowered.
Come and be inspired and help us reimagine ageing for the better.
