At Jetty Food Store, we live at the intersection of the Fleurieu's deep history and its wild, evolving future. Salt and Soil is a visual exploration of this meeting point: where the grit of the earth meets the spray of the sea.

This exhibition celebrates the raw, regenerative farmland that sustains us, tracing the lines where rich soil flows into the rhythmic, coastal movement of the Southern Ocean tide. It is a homage to the textures of our region, from the weathered hands of our local growers to the sun-bleached driftwood of Port Elliot shores.
