She often draws inspiration from performances around the world, making her art perfect for anyone who wants to bring the energy of dance into their home or office.

Alena produces original artworks from A3 to larger formats using wet-on-wet techniques, where the ink flows and blends in cool, unexpected ways—her private working studio is in Adelaide, Australia.

During the Open Studios Weekend on 16 August, artist Alena Sataeva will perform a live flamenco gig with guitarist Alain and singer Sugi from Alma Flamenco Company. The company was awarded the Best Dance Weekly Award at the Adelaide Fringe in 2019 and 2021.

This performance introduces flamenco as a powerful art form and shows why it is so inspiring. Alena draws all of her artistic inspiration directly from flamenco dance and music.
