Love Letters to the Fleurieu is a series of colourful, calming watercolour works documenting my experience of first falling in love with life in the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Through paintings inspired by everyday moments - the beaches in winter, coastal walks, local flowers, quiet landscapes and familiar routines - the exhibition celebrates the small details that make this part of South Australia feel deeply special and alive.

The exhibition is an ode to the ordinary beauty of living here; the colours, stillness and moments of attention that slowly transformed the Fleurieu from a place I visited into a place I love.

Created primarily in watercolour, and informed by materials and environments close to home, these works act as personal reflections on belonging, memory and connection to place.
