Young Creatives Show, curated by Zoe Crichton and Mia Stocks is an opportunity for young artists from the Fleurieu Peninsula to engage in a full gallery exhibition experience. Exceptional works have been carefully selected by the curators and created by young people who want to make their creative practice part of their lifestyle and income.

Zoe Crichton is a local art teacher an artist and holds a volunteer role on the Arts Advisory Group lead by Art and Culture Facilitator Mia Stocks. Both are passionate about finding the hidden gems in their community, especially young people. They believe one is never too young to start their creative career.

A public program will run parallel to the exhibition packed with opportunities for the community to engage in from an artist talk event with the participating artists, residence opportunity with Australian Dance Theatre, mentoring, weaving, a young artisans market, grant writing classes and poetry slams.
